Our comics-friend Box Brown won a Xeric Grant to publish his book “Love is a Peculiar Type of Thing“.  (That’s a really good title, don’t you think?)  It will be out in comic stores in June, so now is the time to ask your local comics shop to order it.

Way back when I was starting out I applied for a Xeric and didn’t get it.  I think it was for Magic Boy and the Word of God.  It seems like all my old cartooning buddies won one of these grants but me.

The animated video of the SuperF*ckers theme song is now up on YouTube.  Imagine that it’s the title sequence to a Saturday morning television series.
