Megaman 9 was recently released on the Nintendo Wii.  It’s a brand new game done in the style of the old-school NES games.  It’s wicked hard, but it’s also wicked awesome.

So… a couple years ago some toy company asked me to come up with a kochalka-style redesign of the character.  They never used my design but the release of Megaman 9 reminded me that I had this cool artwork sitting on my harddrive.  Here it is:
